CG Executive Management Suite has been developed to improve the inter- and intradepartmental as well as -hierarchical communication and process/management flows inside your business. The software is able to model and adopt your business processes and map them into a high performance database with controlled milestones/checkpoints, eliminating the need for tedious paperwork and significantly speeding up completion of single events.

Currently, two key business processes have been implemented as standard flows, there is no limit to the number of processes or modifications to existing ones:

1. Send and receive any sort of backward/forward invoice/billing/bonus/credit/accounting modification to your customers or from your suppliers, such as price changes, fuel charges, commissions, advertising costs, etc. Your company’s accounting structure including approval and rejection hierarchies are being built into the system. Several hundred of such singled processes can be grouped together and entered within mere seconds. The average time saving factor varies between 1:3 and 1:10 and can increase dramatically with the use of grouped processes.
2. Credit limit management for your customers. Create credit lines and hierarchies for your customers and approve/disapprove them with our application suite, implementing clear and well-defined process and responsibility structures.

Of course, the suite offers interfaces to prominent Archiving Software Packages (we also offer an archive function within the application) as well as SAP.
