Support

Support for our customers is available by email to support@castlegem.co.uk. We will do our best to answer any support tickets within 24 hours, urgent issues will naturally be prioritised. Our NOC is operated and available 24/7. Main office hours are Mon-Fri 8am to 4pm.

Extended support agreements as well as SLAs are available and subject to individual terms. Please get in touch with us should you feel the need for additional support for your services.
