i) Control panels are available upon request and will be priced at cost, the same goes for operating systems that require licence fees, such as RedHat Enterprise or Windows 2008 R2. There are no licence fees applicable for CentOS, Debian, or other Linux distributions that come free of charge.
ii) Please note that all traffic is dedicated, unlimited in speed (100Mbit/s or 1Gbit/s uplink), no
traffic shaping is taking place. All traffic is premium bandwidth and can be delivered.
Due to the nature of the backbones in the UK and the US, bandwidth in the UK and continental Europe comes at a cost premium.
iii) All sites are state of the art and feature full A/C, redundant backup power, fire protection, as well as 24/7 onsite staff, remote hands, individual access control, and video surveillance.
iv) For all dedicated servers, please consider our optional service add-ons - they can greatly facilitate your day-to-day administration tasks.
v) Each dedicated server comes with four IP addresses. Additional IP addresses are subject to justification and will be charged per IP.
vi) There is no setup fee for typical and plain OS setups. All servers are fully backed by lifetime hardware support.

Each server can be customised in terms of CPU, memory, hard disks, and other add-ons such as bandwidth, backups, SLAs, etc. Please use the portal configuration tool to add specific options. If you cannot find your desired configuration, please do submit a support ticket to Sales (submit ticket), we will get back to you shortly and discuss your individual needs. Lead time for all advertised machines is between 1 and 5 days. All dedicated servers go through extensive quality control checks to ensure they are fully operational when handed over to our customers. Minimum term for all dedicated servers is month to month with a 30 days cancellation notice. Upgrades may be subject to longer terms.
